1. Where can I get the price?

We usually quote within 12 hours after receiving your inquiry. Please provide detailed parameters such as voltage, capacity, discharge current, and application.

2. Can I get a sample to test?

Yes. After confirming the quotation, samples can be arranged. Standard samples take about 7–10 days, customized samples about 10–15 days. Sample cost can be deducted from bulk order.

3. Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

Yes. We can customize battery pack design, BMS, communication protocol (CAN, RS485, SMBus, etc.), casing, connectors, and labels according to your requirements.

4. What is your delivery time for bulk order?

Normally 3–5 weeks depending on order quantity and complexity. For large or customized projects, the lead time will be confirmed during order discussion.

5. What are your payment terms?

T/T is accepted (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). Small sample orders can also be paid via PayPal.
